Naturally Wood Australia Giveaway Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview:

   • This document outlines the regulations for the giveaway promotion organized by Naturally Wood Australia, ABN 85 158 905 418, located in Mount Cotton, QLD.

   • No permits are required for this promotion.

2. Promotion Period:

   • The Naturally Wood Australia Giveaway Promotion ("Promotion") begins on Saturday, 11th May 2024, and ends on 31st May 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility:

   • The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

   • Participation is free and available worldwide.

   • Employees of Naturally Wood Australia and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Methods:

   • Participants can enter the Promotion using the following methods:

     • Online Entry: Visit www.naturallywood.com.au/giveaway and complete the entry form with the required details. Each completed entry form entitles the participant to one entry into the Promotion.

     • Purchase Entry: Place an order through the Naturally Wood website (www.naturallywood.com.au) during the Promotion Period. For every order placed, the participant will receive five entries into the Promotion. If a participant both completes the entry form and places an order, they will receive a total of six entries.

5. Disqualification:

   • Entries may be disqualified under the following circumstances:

     • Submission of incomplete or incomprehensible entries.

     • Any breach of these terms and conditions or engagement in unlawful conduct that may compromise the fairness of the competition.

   • Naturally Wood Australia is not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

6. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be randomly drawn on 2nd July 2024 by a barrel draw.

   • The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.

   • The name of the winner will be announced on the Naturally Wood Australia website and social media channels.

7. Prize:

   • The prize consists of a Sensory Play bundle valued at $428.50, including:

     • One (1) Rudie Nudie playmat Heart Sings Wild Thing Playmat [Large] valued at $99.

     • Five (5) Naturally Wood Sensory Trays valued at $199.75.

     • Five (5) sets of Natural Dough Cutters, with each set containing four cutters, valued at $129.75.

   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Prize Delivery:

   • The prize will be delivered to the winner's address within Australia at the expense of Naturally Wood Australia.

   • The winner must provide accurate delivery details within the specified timeframe.

9. Privacy:

   • By participating in the competition, participants consent to the use and disclosure of any personal information provided for the purposes outlined in this document.

   • Personal information will be handled in accordance with Naturally Wood Australia's privacy policy, available at www.naturallywood.com.au/privacy-policy

10. Liability:

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naturally Wood Australia excludes liability for breach of any implied terms in this document.

    • Naturally Wood Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits.

11. General:

    • This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.

    • This document is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

    • Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, in relation to any legal proceedings arising from this document.

    • No refunds during the giveaway period, only store credits.
